Chris Weiss is a former teacher, professor, and entrepreneur who is interested in helping people develop their negotiation skills for business and everyday life. Neither her Masters in Education nor her MBA gave her the communication skills that are so useful in daily interactions. She turned to the Harvard Program on Negotiations created by William Ury in 1983 and his books, Getting to Yes and Getting Past No for the tools that prove so useful in human relations.
