The Kinect Fusion project, shown during TechFest 2013, enables high-quality scanning and reconstruction of 3-D models using just a handheld Kinect for Windows sensor.

Microsoft Kinect

With the Microsoft Kinect and the Kinect for Windows SDK 2.0, you can build desktop applications for Windows or sell your Kinect applications as Windows apps in the Windows Store. To take advantage of this, head to Microsoft’s website and download the SDK.
